Among others, our vineyards, such as the San Bernardo Vineyard, which shares with Puente Alto the same alluvial terrace of the Maipo River, internationally recognized as the cradle of world-class Cabernet Sauvignons. Our high-density planted vineyards (10,000 plants per hectare) of Maipo and Casablanca are another important element that influences the quality of our wines. In these estates, each vine delivers only one kilo of concentrated and tasty grapes that are harvested by hand and then, as in the case of Pinot Noir, fermented in small open wooden vats.
